Cemex Builds New Plant in Nicaragua

Cemex Latam Holdings, S.A. (CLH) has started construction on a new cement grinding plant in Ciudad Sandino, Managua, which is expected to increase cement production capacity in Nicaragua by 104 percent. Construction will be completed in two phases, reaching an estimated annual cement production capacity of 860,000 tons by 2017.
