County Sues Sesco Cement for Environmental Concerns
The Harris County (Texas) Attorney’s Office filed a lawsuit accusing Houston-based Sesco Cement of violating the Texas Clean Air Act, Texas Solid Waste Disposal Act and the Texas Water Code, reported KHOU 11. The office alleges that cement powder from the facility has drifted off-site, causing health and safety risks to the public.
