Cemex earned a spot on Ethisphere’s 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies list for its exemplary business integrity, ethics, compliance, and governance standards. The producer is among 136 companies across 19 countries and 44 industries recognized this year.
“We are pleased to be among this select group of companies with a strong commitment to integrity, leadership, ethics, and compliance programs,” said Fernando A. González, CEO of Cemex. “Ethics is a core value at Cemex, and this recognition highlights our employees’ contributions to fostering a culture of transparency and trust.”
Cemex activities are guided by the principles embodied in its “Code of Ethics and Business Conduct,” which serves as a guideline for establishing the highest standards of behavior within and outside the organization, as well as in interactions with its stakeholders.
The World’s Most Ethical Companies assessment is grounded in Ethisphere’s proprietary Ethics Quotient, which requires companies to provide over 240 different proof points on practices that support robust ethics and compliance, governance, a culture of ethics, environmental and social impact, and initiatives that support a strong value chain.
