BEUMER North America Appoints New VP of Customer Support

BEUMER North America appointed Sean Kennedy as its new vice president of customer support, effective July 7. The company said the leadership change reinforces its position as the partner of choice for innovative, customer-focused solutions and its commitment to maximizing customer performance and uptime.

Kennedy brings over 25 years of leadership experience in customer support and lifecycle operations, having served in leadership roles across several global organizations in the logistics, airport, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. His career reflects a strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams and leveraging digital tools and data insights to drive operational excellence. In addition to his business expertise, Kennedy is a U.S. Army veteran, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and an MBA in International Business.
