Peruvian producer UNACEM announced Rafael Villalona as head of its North American business. He will lead its integrated cement, concrete and aggregate operations in Arizona and California.

Villalona brings over 19 years of leadership experience to the role, most recently serving as CEO of Cemex UAE since 2020. His career achievements reflect a strong record of leadership and performance in the cement and construction materials industry across three continents and five countries.
