The company is rooted in 100 years of family values and now in its third generation of family leadership. It is a leading supplier of aggregates and cement in South, Central and West Texas.

By the end of 2026, ATS Walter will have supplied four alternative fuel processing facilities in North America. The complete system for Capitol Aggregates includes a moving floor receiving station (DoseaFloor), chain belt conveyors, a screen and a separator, a dosing equipment (Doseahorse), an air-supported belt conveyor (Walt’Air) and an injection system (screw, double flap valve and safety shut-off gate).
