Silvi Materials added Ryan Fink as its new regional cement sales manager – a key addition to its growing cement and slag team.

Fink brings a deep-rooted passion for the industry. “I’ve been around cement and concrete my entire life,” he shared. “Growing up, I spent summers working at my grandfather’s ready-mix plant and on a precast bridge crew. That early exposure stuck with me.”
Now, with years of industry experience behind him, Fink joins Silvi Materials to lead its local cement and slag sales efforts. His role will center on strengthening customer relationships and delivering high-performance product across the Northeast corridor.
“Silvi Materials is more committed to our local market than any other supplier,” Fink said. “The opportunity to work for a company that shares my dedication to this region –and is willing to invest in its long-term success – is what drew me here.”
With the largest cement terminal in North America, 165,000-plus tons of storage, four high-speed loadouts, and 24/7 service, Silvi Materials is uniquely positioned to meet the demands of the region’s top producers. As Silvi Materials’ cement sales manager, Fink will work closely with both new and existing partners to ensure they get the technical expertise, logistical support, and product availability they need to thrive.
“Cement and slag are core to our growth strategy,” said Kelly Ican, Silvi’s national cement sales manager. “With Ryan on board, we’re doubling down on the local market and making it clear – Silvi is a trusted cement supplier, not just a ready-mix company.”
