Arcline Equity Holdings agreed to acquire the operations of Jarco Ready Mix, including six plants serving the San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas, markets. With a payroll of 87, they will operate as Arcline Ready Mix, a sister business of San Antonio cement producer Capitol Aggregates. Both are subsidiaries of Texas construction giant Zachry Corp., also based in San Antonio.
“This acquisition allows us to continue delivering essential materials, strengthen our supply chain and give our customers the confidence they need to build with us for years to come,” says CEO David Zachry.
