Texas state Rep. Shelley Luther (R-District 62) is backing legislation that would protect Grayson County, Texas, residents and businesses from nearby cement manufacturing. Texas Senate Bill 1758 would block a proposed 600-acre Black Mountain Cement plant and limestone quarry in Dorchester.
