Arcline Equity Holdings agreed to acquire the operations of Jarco Ready Mix, including six plants serving the San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas, markets. With a payroll of 87, they will operate as Arcline Ready Mix, a sister business of San Antonio cement producer Capitol Aggregates. Both are subsidiaries of Texas construction giant Zachry Corp., also based in San Antonio.
