The World Cement Association has appointed two new directors: Roland van Wijnen, chief executive of PPC Ltd., and Mahendra Singhi, managing director and CEO of Dalmia Cement. The appointments were agreed in a vote at the association’s General Assembly Meeting earlier this month.
