Lafarge Canada Plant Fully Converts to ECOPlanet
Lafarge Canada, a member of Holcim Group, converted production at its Richmond cement plant to ECOPlanet – Holcim’s brand of low-carbon cement, which offers a minimum 30% reduction in CO2 emissions per tonne in comparison to ordinary portland cement.

Holcim launched a global range of green cement called ECOPlanet, which delivers at least 30% lower carbon footprint with equal to superior performance, according to the company.
