PCA to Deliver 2023 Economic Outlook at IEEE-IAS/PCA

Ed Sullivan, chief economist for the Portland Cement Association (PCA), will deliver the association’s widely anticipated economic outlook at this year’s IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Conference in Dallas.

Sullivan will present his analysis regarding the U.S. economy and how it translates into construction activity and cement consumption for 2023-2024. He has been cited by the Chicago Federal Reserve among the most accurate forecasters regarding economic growth. Other forecasting surveys have placed Sullivan among the most accurate construction economists in the country.

The 2023 IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Conference, held April 23-27 at the Dallas-Hilton Anatole, will include professional development for employees with opportunities to network with key players in the cement industry. Additionally, there will be world-class technical training, round tables, and other discussion sessions. Attendees will also have an opportunity to bring the latest in innovations back to the plant and continue to seek ways to improve operations.
